Cute New Amy Stamp...

Well it's Saturday and I've actually made a card today.... and I like it, must be getting back into it! Had some time to play so  I made another Christmas Card with one of the new stamps from Crafty Sentiments, she is called Amy with present.

I have coloured with my water pens, used my nestie and MS border punch and a little glitter glue of course and a little die cut flower.

I have used some nitwits papers that I have in my stash, had a couple of extra sheets so took the pic with the papers as the background.... sorry bit busy I know!

Just need a little greeting, but haven't decided who I'm going to give it to yet!

Ruby Anniversary Card LOTV

The weekend is finally here..... a nice evening to craft I think now my hubby has fixed my wax printer and I can now print thick card again!

Another little creation a Ruby Anniversary Card, I really love these cute little bunnies from LOTV, I used my papermania waterpens again to colour added a few die cut flourishes and flowers, a little bit off left over ribbon and of course a bit of glitter glue.

I am happy the way this card has turned out as I always seem to struggle with Anniversary cards.

Would love to enter into the following challenges...

Totally Papercrafts - bling it on!
Papertake Weekly - sparkly & bright
Totally Gorjuss - sparkle

Playing with LOTV Baby Card

Happy Friday all,

Well I had a little play last night with an LOTV stamp that I haven't had chance to play with.... I had to make a baby card for a friend and decided to give it a go and get my papermaina waterpens out.  I am actually happy for a change and I do like the way it turned out. I din't have much time so I literately threw it together in less than and hour.
So without any more waffling here it is....

I wanted to make it look like if it had been hand painted so used a lot of water.

It's Thursday, where has the week gone?  Today it's another challenge over at Delightful Challenges, sorry I missed last week, well I'm back settling slowly...

Today's challenge is circles, so I have used my tutorial card that I made for my tutorial on Tuesday for Digital Delights Tutorials, have a look if you missed it would love to know what you think, a quick tutorial playing with gimp to create a simple but effective backing paper and layering images to create a make combination image/topper.

I have used some of October’s new releases, I have used are Santa Bruce, Caroling Penny, Patterned Tree and Patterned Gift, but I have gone for the easy option this week to help my hands and have used the pre coloured digis and to show you what you can do to create a quick and effective Christmas Card!

Now here’s the final creation, I have used my die cuts, ribbon and glitter to add a little extra……

I have also created a co-ordinating gift tag and a little gift too!
