Handmade Flowers

Good morning,  another lovely day sun is shining and I'm up, dressed and ready to go out..... Today see's another new challenge over at Crafty Sentiments and it's Team A's challenge today of Anything Goes so I do hope you pop on over and join in today's challenge.

As it's not my challenge today I have a random card to share.... I coloured this cute image from Meljen's  Designs a while ago but made a pile of handmade flowers yesterday so though it was about time I made it into a card, so here is my card for today...

The image is called Spring Bunny Trinkets

I have coloured with Spectrum Noirs

These are my handmade wispy roses, 

which I have been making in front of the TV of an evening,

Think I might pack these flowers in in packs of 12 and sell????

Papers were a freebie with Simply Cards & Papercraf

The doily has been cut on my Cameo with a Dreamees cutting file

the leaves, tag and large butterflies are all cut on cameo too

Small butterflies are a tonic punch

Other flowers are from wild Orchid Crafts

and a few pearls for a bit of bling

Party Girl Annabel

Good morning, what a buy weekend been out with hubby's work colleagues, craft show and family meal, stayed down my Mum's Saturday night too.... and no crafting all weekend :( so I must catch up today after a quick spring clean through the house this morning.  Hubby starts his new job this morning in a different branch so I do hope it all goes well, looking forward to him ringing lunch time to let me know what's it like!

Anyway enough waffle from me and on to today's card for Love to Create Challenge blog, today's challenge is to add a sentiment we were also given some wonderful handmade paper to use to from Paper Alice and sponsored images and sentiments from Crafty Sentiments and Digi Darla.....

Well as you know I'm on the DT for Crafty Sentiments 

I could not resist using one of our new stamps called Party Girl Annabel 

and I used one of our sentiment stamp sets

Die cut some leaves and made some flowers with a punch

Good Luck to Hubby.....

Today I have  a Good Luck Card to share, my hubby has had a promotion to an Assistant Branch Manager at another branch to begin his Branch Manager training and starts on Monday, so thought I'd make him a good luck card.... and also doubles as another Dreamees Sample.....  Sorry about the pics the sun was a nightmare....

I have made a very basic CAS card using a cutting file 

from the new Cuttable CD3 from Dreamees

I found this cute clover and decided to make 3 in different sizes and cut out

I printed a good luck sentiment on to card and then placed in my cameo

Cut out the 3 clover shapes

I then placed a piece of green card behind 

and mounted on foam tape to give some depth

simple!

and added some gems for some bling!

Mini Stamp Release

Good Morning a short post this morning..... Today we are launching a mini stamp release over at Crafty Sentiments.... we have 3 new stamps that could be fit for a communion, christening, prayers, thoughts are with you and could fit many of occasions.  I haven't had chance to make a card just yet but thought I'd let you all know about the release and hope to get a card made soon with these fab new stamps.  So to see the 3 stamps please pop over to Crafty Sentiments Blog to see some wonderful work from the DT.

Card for Dad....

Morning,

I have been playing yet again with my cameo and fancied a go at making a simple Father's Day Card or it could be a birthday card or any form of card for Dad....

I randomly drew a pile of different sized circles and added 

digi papers from Mostly Men CD from Dreamees, 

which I printed and then cut out on Cameo.

I layered them up randomly and added DAD cut letters

 a little ribbon and some gems

I have used my cameo to cut the flower and leaves 

and added some wild honey distress ink

A few pearls and liquid pearls for bling 

added a tag and stamped sentiment with a scrap of twine

finished off with a few punched butterflies!

Eating Strawberries......

Good Morning..... Today's challenge over at Crafty Sentiments is a

  Sketch

And for today's challenge I have used one of our 

new stamps called Eating Strawberries 

and have gone all bright and vibrant to get that summer feeling going....

I have made some flowers once again on my Cameo 

think I am addicted to them

Sewing........ Picture Box

Good Morning,

Today I have a Shadow Box framed card to share.... it did start out as a card but I thought it would look pretty on the wall so found a shadow box frame in my bits so here it is.....

I have been playing with the new Cuttables 3 CD from Dreamees 

I love the sewing cutting file teamed with some aqua paper from another Dreamees CD...

I have used some Tea Dye Distress ink to distress the items

also some clear embossing powder to add 

shine to the scissors, button and sewing machine

The Doilies are also a cutting file from Dreamees

I have used my spotty embossing folder to add some texture

Here's some pics without the frame so you can see the detail better

Added some ribbon and a few pearls too for some bling

And my handmade twine too to add the thread holder

Playing with ink pads......

Today I have a simple card to share I'm not very good with CAS cards as I always want to add some pretties and bling but  I have re-found me love of inks again and have been having a play :)

I have used some of the Memento Inks the little dew drop ones and have just blended with some foam.... and stamped straight on top with a silhouette image and stamped a simple sentiment....

Stamp was a cheap clear stamp I got ages ago

 in a bargain bin in a local craft shop

a pretty branch and bird...

  I do hope to make more of these type cards with some stamps and inks.....

Good Morning today I thought I'd share another card for Whimsy Inspirations.... 

Not many words just pictures today....

I have used the New Shabby Chic Collection by Michele Roos 

and some Cutting files too from Whimsy!

I have fallen in love with these Shabby Chic Papers from Michele Roos at Whimsy Stamps 

All  I have added is some 

lace, pins and gems and with love stamped sentiment

The flower is a Die cut from Silhouette....

Christmas Trees.....

Good Morning and Happy Friday...... today I thought I'd share some quick Christmas cards I have made.....

I have used a Branch stamp from Dreamees 

and the sentiment was a freebie with a mag think it's a Forever Friends one.  

A hint of sparkle on the trees!

I decided to keep them really simple 

a little mat and layering and embossed line frame 

Think I might make some more of these...
