Crafty Sentiments Thursday Challenge

Yay, It’s nearly Friday and it’s a bank holiday weekend here in the UK so goodbye to summer and a big hello to Autumn….let’s hope it’s a dry one, I can take cold but hate the rain!

But firstly some NEWS…..Well some sad news over at Crafty Sentiments Digi Blog.....this week is our last challenge on the digi blog :(  but even better we are joining the ladies over at Crafty Sentiments Challenge Blog, to become one team :)!!!

Well here’s my little Christmas creation, as I need to start making for Christmas:

Crafty Sentiments Thursday Challenge

This weeks Thursday Challenge at Crafty Sentiments is....

Monochromatic plus a hint of 1 colour!

We are so lucky again this week to be sponsored by Meljen's Designs and we have a Guest Designer too....

Well here's my very pink card lol! I went for lots of shades of pink and a hint of natural skin colour!

I created a double fancy fold card, and punched poor Pat into four circles and used my border punch too.

Coloured with my Le Plume II waterpens they are still going well some are, just plain and simple.

And here it is open and standing up.

Let get distressing this week!

Come on let's get distressing..... this weeks Thursday Challenge at Crafty Sentiments Digis....

Here's my card showing our lovely British weather this week, and the browns and blues are taken from some new paint I have got, I'm so fed up with cream in the house so I'm going to put some colours on the walls...so look out house for a splash of colour!

I have used my Le Plume II waterpens, Whispers ink for distressing the papers, even the brownie paper behind I have made with my ink pads.... still using my stash, only purchased some tape today...

an old piece of brown ribbon from my messy ribbon draw and three blue buttons that I found in my stash too!

Let's make a tag!

Here's a very quick tag I've made using Crafty Sentiments Toby with Flowers

I've created my tag with Nestabilities Petite Scalloped Circles large, coloured with my Le Plume II waterpens, some Wild Orchid Flowers, some glitter glue and a bit of pink ribbon I had in my stash with a pink eyelet!

Holly Christmas

Here is a Cute Christmas Card for you..... I've been really struggling this week to find my Christmas Mojo for a few challenges and really need to start making for my family & friends too.....

But this is such a cute digi for Di's Digi Downloads, so cute, I think I managed to create a simple cute card.  I've gone for traditional Christmas colours of Red & Green.....

I've also added some Wild Orchid Crafts flowers which I've coloured with my Promarkers and that all important glitter glue and some gold ribbon and a simple sentiment!

I've had a nightmare as my solid ink printer has ran out of ink and I've used all of my favourite printing paper too, so not a happy bunny as you can see some of my ink has run over the outline, sorry :(

I've also coloured my flowers in with my pens too, to match my colours....
